1. Your account
You may create a GNB Edge account yourself through public registration on the web or mobile app, or an authorized recruiter, employer, or staffing agency may create credentials for you when you are already in their system. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
GNB Edge includes a candidate portal for shift work and related employment tools, and is expanding job discovery / Job Bank features. Features available to you may depend on your account, assignments, and the product capabilities enabled for your region or organization.
2. Acceptable use
- Use GNB Edge for its intended purposes: managing your profile and resume, job discovery and applications where offered, clocking in/out, viewing timesheets and payslips, and related portal features.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
- Do not submit false profile information, fake job applications, scrapers, bulk automated requests, or other abuse of job discovery or application features.
- Do not attempt to falsify clock-in/out location, time, or verification photos.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the policies of an employer or staffing agency that engages you.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including your profile, resume, job applications, and, when you clock in or out, your location and verification photo. Location is captured only at the moment of clock-in/out; a verification selfie is required for each punch so attendance can be confirmed.
4. Camera and location permissions
When you use clock-in/out, the flow requires camera access (to capture a verification photo) and location access (to capture a precise location at the moment of the punch, with an approximate IP-based fallback). These permissions are used only for that purpose and are never used to track you in the background. Other features do not require continuous location access.
5. Suspension and termination
We (or an authorized recruiter/employer who manages your engagement) may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, if an employment or staffing engagement ends, or to protect the platform from abuse. Some records may be retained after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
GNB Edge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Group NB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions where Group NB operates the service and where you use it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local mandatory consumer-protection law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the version number below and, where required, prompt you to re-accept the terms in the app.
